Due to the ever increasing complexities involved with site works projects in relation to dealing with suppliers of gas and electricity, Distribution Network Operators and other third parties, LSI has its own dedicated site works team to co ordinate all the functions required to install gas and electricity metering and arrange the relevant appointments to provide our clients with a trouble-free efficient service in this area.

Sub Metering (Landlord Meter)

In addition to standard site works projects we can also organise sub-metering (landlord’s meter), this is normally provided for buildings where electricity costs are re-charged to the tenants.

There would be a requirement for you to work in association with a qualified electrician to run sub mains and provide metering.

We can arrange for this work to be undertaken but would be quoted on a site specific basis.
