Health checks

A desktop review of your business’s energy consumption data against benchmarks (internal and external). Producing high level recommendations on the potential energy efficiencies and energy savings to be gained from energy reduction measures. This health check can also cover compliance issues such as DEC, CRC and TM44 requirements.

Energy Audits

Undertaking on-site surveys and audits of your business’s energy consumption and recommending the full range of energy efficient and carbon reduction measures available to help produce cheaper energy bills in the long run. These include controls and setting adjustment, retrofit technologies and equipment, people and management issues such as policies and behaviour change, energy generation from low and zero carbon technologies (LZC’s) and more efficient methods of working. All recommendations are presented in terms of capital cost, energy, cost and carbon savings and payback.
