MPs have launched a new inquiry to ascertain how much consumers understand the energy they consume.
The UK’s energy system is getting ready for significant changes over the next few years and the general public are going to play a large role in the evolution of the market. The first step is for the Energy and Climate Change Committee to investigate how much the general public understand and follow the energy markets and decide whether or not more education is needed.
The Committee must submit their evidence by 9th March 2012.
