Action
An electricity supplier that invoiced a managing agent £280,000 for a property that had undergone refurbishment during the billing period reduced the invoice to £80,000 thanks to LSI.
Result
Despite the refurbishment work during the two year period of unbilled usage, the supplier was initially adamant that the invoice was correct. But after a site investigation, detailed meter analysis and spread-sheeting, the supplier accepted that £80,000 was a more realistic figure.
